Cosmetologie 2013 is coming up!

I have been waiting for an announcement as to when this year’s Cosmetologie Expo will be happening.  For the past years, it’s always been held during the month of February.  When that time of the year came, I checked out news for this year’s expo and sadly, found none.

I thought to myself, “Really? No Cosmetologie this year?”

However, a few weeks later, I got an email from them announcing that they’re holding not one, but two expos this year!

The first expo will be happening on the 9th of April (next week!) at the World Trade Center.  The second expo will happen on the 23rd of September (as stated in the poster above).

Cosmetologie is like the IMATS of the Philippines (although I heard there’s an organization cooking up something better, hoho!) where you can learn about the latest beauty trends and meet beauty suppliers (if you’ve been planning to venture into the beauty business).  Top hair stylists and make up artists compete in the Touch of Excellence hair and make up competition.

Still deciding whether to go or not. Last year’s expo was pretty blah for me. Read about it here.  The one thing that’s making me go is that prices are usually discounted during these kinds of expos. Who doesn’t love a good bargain, right?

I encourage you to check it out nonetheless especially if you love hair styling, make up or both!
